Located in the Canyon Village business park, our Twin Falls office is convenient to patients from communities throughout the Magic Valley, including Ketchum, Gooding, Shoshone, and Hagerman.

No matter where you're coming from, we're easy to find. We are less than a half-mile—roughly two minutes—north of the LDS Twin Falls Idaho Temple. • Head southwest on Main St. toward Broadway Ave N.
• Follow E 4100 N to Village Park Ave.

• Continue onto US-30 E/E 4100 N.
• Turn left onto E 4100 N/Pole Line Rd.

• Head south on US-30 E/S State St. toward E Hagerman Ave./Tupper Grade.
